Engagement session in Slovenia on a cloudy day …

Srecka & Marijan live very close to Slovenian border, so they suggested we have their engagement session at Amon, Olimje. It was supposed to be a rainy day. The clouds were beautiful because of that but we were in luck since there wasn’t a drop of rain all through the shoot.

Olimje is located near the river Sotla and Amon is a gorgeous complex that has, among other things, a hotel, restaurant and a 9-hole golf course. Both the beautiful scenic greenery of the course as well as the landscape were simply calming and breathtaking at the same time. This was simply the perfect scenery for our engagement session. Considering it was cloudy and a bit cold that day, there were only a few golf players at the course, so we had it all to ourselves.

These two lovely people are my friends, so everything was more relaxed then it would be with an ‘ordinary’ couple. Even though they were not used to being in front of the camera, I think they were just perfect.

After visiting Slovenia, we made a few photos in our beautiful Zagorje. We were surrounded by hills, grape fields and the amazing Veliki Tabor castle in the background, which played a great role in their wedding day. We will get to that when I show you their big day 🙂
